Family-Friendly Astronomy Night:

• Check-in for overnight stay guests cannot be earlier than the start of the tour.
• Checkout time is between 10:00 and 11:00 AM the following day.
• Capacity: 70 participants.
• Languages spoken: English, Spanish, Polish.

Adult-Only Astronomy Night:

• Similar to family-friendly event but excludes children.
• Special dietary needs can be accommodated with prior notice.
• Option for overnight stay in glamping pod or yurt with breakfast available
• Check-in for overnight stay guests cannot be earlier than the start of the tour.
• Checkout time is between 10:00 and 11:00 AM the following day.

2. Booking Process

• Bookings can be made online via the website www.astronomy.tours.
• Booking is also possible via message or email, but online booking is recommended.
• Partners such as Viator or GetYourGuide can also be used for booking.

3. Payment and Cancellation Policies

• Payments are processed through Stripe (card payments).
• Cancellation of a tour is fully refundable if done 1 week before a regular event and 2 weeks before a special event.
• 50% refund is offered up to 48 hours before the event; no refund is possible thereafter.

4. Tour Capacity and Guidelines

• Tour capacity varies and is regulated on the website.
• Minimum capacity: 12 people; maximum capacity depends on the specific event.
• Age restrictions apply; adult-only activities are clearly indicated.
• Children must be supervised at all times during family-friendly events.

5. Safety and Regulations

6. Refunds and Complaints
